Subscription & Service Level Agreement
Below is the mandate giving Paysoft Impact permission to debit your account monthly for both the subscription and transaction fees. Also included is our service level agreement. Please read through all sections carefully before agreeing and signing. Monthly fees are as follows, unless otherwise agreed by both parties. Monthly subscription fee: R475 excl VAT. Per transaction fee of R4.50 excl VAT.

Abbreviated short name as registered with the acquiring bank: PAYIMPACT Refer to our contract reference number ("the Contract Reference Number"). I/We hereby authorise Paysoft Impact Pty Ltd. to issue and deliver payment instructions to your banker for collection against my/our abovementioned account at my/our abovementioned bank on condition that the sum of such payment instructions will not differ from my/our obligations as agreed to in the Contract Reference Number. The individual payment instructions so authorised must be issued and delivered on the date when the obligation in terms of the Agreement is due and the amount of each individual payment instruction may not differ as agreed to in terms of the Agreement. I/we agree that the first payment instruction will be issued and delivered on the "Start Date" and thereafter regularly on the "Debit Day" of each month. If however, the date of the payment instruction falls on a non-processing day (weekend or public holiday) I agree that the payment instruction may be debited against my account on the following business day; or subsequent payment instructions will continue to be delivered in terms of this authority until the obligations in terms of the Agreement have been paid or until this authority is canceled by me/us by giving you notice in writing of not less than the interval (as indicated in the previous clause) and sent by prepaid registered post or delivered to your address indicated above. Mandate I/we acknowledge that all payment instructions issued by you shall be treated by my/our abovementioned bank as if the instructions had been issued by me/us personally. Cancellation I/we agree that although this authority and mandate may be cancelled by me/us, such cancellation will not cancel the Agreement. I/we also understand that I/we cannot reclaim amounts, which have been withdrawn from my/our account (paid) in terms of this authority and mandate if such amounts were legally owing to you. Assignment I/We acknowledge that this authority may be ceded or assigned to a third party if the Agreement is also ceded or assigned to that third party. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AGREEMENT The Customer, by its signature below: 1. acknowledges that Paysoft Impact reserves the right to suspend service at any time and require immediate payment of all amounts due, should the customer’s credit status or risk profile change; 2. agrees to supply the relevant and correct information and documentation; 3. acknowledges and agrees that subject to Paysoft Impact’s acceptance of this Application, any products provided to the Customer are subject to the information and terms contained in this application form and any annexures (as such may be amended and supplemented from time to time) (collectively, “Agreement”), including: 3.1 the General Service Terms; 3.2 the Privacy Policy; and 3.3 any specific Service Terms applicable to a selected service; 3.4 any amendment to any service, or additional service terms that may be applicable from time to time; 4. ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO HAVING READ THE AGREEMENT AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY IT; 5. Understands and agrees that, in using the Services, Paysoft Impact shall in no way be responsible for the success, suitability or failure of the Customer’s business success, and the Customer shall have no claim against Paysoft Impact for such; 6. Agrees to keep the provisions of this Agreement and any pricing terms confidential for the duration of this Agreement. 7. Agrees that no variation or addition to this Agreement will be binding on any of the parties unless recorded in writing and signed by both parties.
